Bobby needed to move a couple of years ago to reach his potential, he stayed and has suffered the consequences of not having better development. There was a player there for sure, likely still is.

Worth noting that in the short time Flynn was in charge, he identified 2 players worthy of a contract. Then Keates was re appointed. Speaks volumes for me.
