The survey is a talking shop and little will come out of it. The question of a sale of more than 49% of the club is the first item and I answered "Don't know" as there are too many issues to consider before giving approval or rejecting a proposed sale.
Some of these issues are addressed later in the survey but until a proposal is on the table it's a fairly pointless exercise.
As for the last box. What's What.
From your experience and reading would any move for a change of the 49% require 75% of members to agree as it is a change in the constitution? The secretary stated that the 75% is there for good reason quoting 'preventing schisims ' (divisions).
I have a feeling that nothing can change because the trust relies on the general apathy of the membership.
