Default New Season threatened

Thoughts.

Listening to Wales First Minister at his briefing today it seems that his advisors are suggesting that 'mass' gatherings are unlikely to be allowed . There was an indication that such gatherings might not be allowed until the schools start back. (September perhaps).

I took mass gatherings to equate to football crowds and the such. Should the country see a rise in the R rate we might see problems in opening any new sporting season - including organised football.

Should we see no improvement on the health front, plus an impending rise in Covid19 as we head in to a cold damp winter period. it might be questionable whether a football season can be organised in the way we have always known.

Clubs big and small, Full time and part time seem to have an uncertain future. Lets hope we will see some light at the end of a very long tunnel.
Without doubt, anyone involved in managing clubs will have to be creative in the way they keep their club alive in order to reach the end of that tunnel
