Default 'Marvellous' BBC 2 - 9.00 pm Wed 01 July

Thought this was worth a massive shout - has many Wrexham connections including scenes from both the Racecourse and Colliers Park. Our stadium being utilized for it's massive terrace (the kop) which was similar to the old Victoria Ground at Stoke City.

Anyone who has not seen it previously you have missed an absolute treat - I implore you to do so, watch it, record it but by hook or crook make sure you watch it at some time in your life.

The true story of Neil 'Nello' Baldwin who left school to join the circus as a clown and eventually was taken on by the then, manager of Stoke City as the kit man.

Part biopic, part musical and part fantasy. It depicts the inspirational and incredible true story of Neil Baldwin, a man who refused to accept the label of learning difficulties and who led an extraordinary life.

Stars Toby Jones whose performance as NB is outstanding, also involved are Lou Macari, Gary Lineker and the best referee of all time Uriah Rennie who, within 10 minutes of kick off gave us a penalty and sent off a Chester player at the Deva.
