They spent big again last year and missed the play-offs. This is a last roll of the dice for them.
Every club with private ownership in this league will either be taking unjustifiable gambles, or will be looking to spend next season covering their costs, before rebuilding for the 2021/2022 season. Unless they're lottery winners, they will all have bigger concerns regarding their own companies.
If they have to operate with 30% capacities, then that's another advantage in our favour (providing Drakeford follows suit! )
