Strange rant. All I pointed out is that under the Development plan the Racecourse isn't yet fully protected as a sporting venue as the plan hasn't been agreed.
Putting a sentence in capital letters doesn't make it a fact.
Failure to make payments on the lease would possibly result in the club being evicted and having to play elsewhere, leaving the possibility of an application for change of use.

As for your last sentence, I will be giving the club a lot more than the odd penny. looking forward to football returning despite Keates. I tend to support the club rather than individuals.
