I’ve just been talking to a board member in The Turf beer garden who told me that they are hoping to call an SGM for Saturday 1st August in order to force through a decision on the training ground at the Groves. Their thinking is that the less time the membership has to discuss the disadvantages of the site then the more confident they are of getting it passed.
