And do either of those "screenshots" state that there is NO money available other than from future fan funding? No. it doesn't. You have to accept that if there was a chunk of Ward money intended to fund or part-fund the Groves project, then the Covid situation coming out of the blue together with no revenue at the turnstiles, nor advance ST receipts, nor concert money etc will inevitably have affected the situation since the proposals were originally put forward.
Add to that the concern that a major sponsor may withdraw £100,000 of funding for the season as a direct result of the unnecessary muckraking carried out by a so-called fan of the club, and it is easy to see that between now and when (or if) the final decision is taken about the project and some of the funding is required, that SOME extra funding will be required to replace revenue lost for the above reasons.
