Wow, easy tiger. I saw the thread, literally scrolled to the last page to read a few posts. Then I posted my reply, nothing more to say!
Obviously I will look into what the issue is. All I know is I'm 99.9% confident that I verified my contact details were all correct when I bought the 2019/20 season ticket. And nothing in my spam folders etc.
