Exactly.
The WST needs to establish what they propose, and how they will fund it.
This first round should be very straight forward for WST members — simply vote YES!
After that is when some serious thought must be given to their complete proposal. We are all speculating on what this might be, yet we don’t even know who the prospective buyers are.
