Wouldn’t completely rule out two people with knowledge of wrexham Barry Hunter who’s involved with the scouting set up at Liverpool and who has qualified in a business management course and also Mike Rigg who is at Burnley at present but going back years was possibly the first community officer wrexham employed around 1990 before working for the FAW.
