For whats its worth I expect behind the scenes needs a massive overhaul, its mostly been volunteers for years hasnt it? we need salaried, properly trained staff.

I think that's got to be part of the problem. No disrespect to any of the many volunteers but I wouldn't hope now that anyone customer facing had to be a club employee, reporting into FR or whoever. Clear accountability and responsibility.
