they haven't got the staff to move ticketing to anywhere else.
a supporter gave staff a right mouthful yesterday that his tickets hadn't turned up, turned out they put an incorrect address on his account... it was still the clubs fault though . Maybe those that haven't received what they paid for should check their address and email details are correct.
