You are probably not the only complainant, so she and her team should be focusing on identifying the issues and understanding why it went so wrong before creating good processes to minimise the chances of a recurrence.

Better that than wasting her time acknowledging the issues rather than fixing them. If she ignores the issues seems highly unlikely or cannot resolve them then her boss HR needs to give her a verbal warning. She is paid to think big picture and delegate, not get into the weeds!
Saturday evening but have emailed everything bar the bottles being charged as pint cost week prior.
