It’s easy to forget how dominant we were in that first half after witnessing that onslaught from them second half. It was total domination and the football we played was excellent. I thought the midfield 3 of Young, Jones and McAlinden worked well and rarely gave the ball away. McAlinden seems to link midfield to attack well and works his socks off.
How we survived the last 20 minutes or so I will never know. The crowd kicked every ball, and I genuinely believe that made the difference today.
