the Thursday meeting

From my own experience of running sporting and social clubs, please can i suggest, especially in light of today's rant by geoff moss, that someone takes minutes or contact notes at both meetings. You'll save yourself at a lot of hassle and fall outs in the future, if you do.

The Crusaders meeting is on Thursday. And it's only an informal chat with Mike Turner and Hanna Clarke, about helping the club, and trying to make it a success. Nothing heavy. But will mention the current financial situation. Dunno if we'll get any straight answers though .

all the same, contact notes at the very least.

what you are doing is a thankless task, it'll help keep everyone on your side in future. Always good to write some notes afterwards too...you're get some good brainstorming ideas from that.

i was at the meeting about 40 to 50 there very possitive, looking at ways to push the crusaders forward, bounced a few ideas around for the supporters club and how to get more people interested and build up some momentum.

A good turnout that. Well done. Could you be a bit more specific in what was discussed. Were any fears addressed in terms of dwindling support, the possible sale of the football club and the implications that may bring, financial issues etc etc

disscussed maybe ko time changes to get more threw the gates better advertising just different ideas to get people coming to the games, easier ticket access, selling merchandise in tesco extras in north wales stuff like that entertainment at half time.not much on the financial side of the football club
