RP Update - March 12th
It has now been over one month since the wide ranging legal threat was made against numerous RP posters ('20 regular and anonymous users or a smaller number who adapt their online identities') , likewise myself 'and any sponsors' by Mr. Geoffrey Moss, a Director of Wrexham Football Club Limited via Gamlins.

There has been no contact from the club/gamlins regarding this matter since the 26th, basically two weeks.

There has however been contact from an employee of Gamlins last week (Tuesday 2nd) with a request to remove some potentially offensive content relating to himself. That complaint contained details of specific posts and threads, supplied via PDF, and was dealt with in under one hour.

Today, a month on, I have yet again requested either:

- "written confirmation that the complaints and threats made against myself and the users of the site are unambiguously withdrawn and ceased. I will then be able to place the website back up in the spirit of the agreement that was made with the club, and conveyed by the club to the fans."

or

- "Your client informs me of the specific posts, be it website URLS / in which thread / post number / content / something I can locate the post by, that he finds offensive. This will enable me to remove the potentially objectionable content and then return the remaining posts to the forum."

I have also had an email this morning with regards to the Facebook thread, and have requested that it is made clear that there has been no legal issue with regards to Red Passion and petitions. I am mindful of the recent 9,200+ signatories the community achieved on the LDP petition and would hate to see any mix up on that.

Again, apologies to you all for the site condition over the last four weeks, and yet more text at the top of the forums and I hope this keeps the community up to date.
