Saw Halifax at Nantwich recently. They won 6-0 and were outstanding. Have seen Chester several times and they are not as good. However, the atmosphere there is better than its ever been and if there was any way we could become a fan-owned club I would leap at the chance. Think Chester will hit their level in a division or two. Many of their fans will be happy with that. We, rightly with our pedigree, expect more.

To be fair though Chester had handed out a few batterings themselves this year and also there more like to attract better players now than last summer because they have proven that they are on there way back.
