As for no-one being pleased with the score, do me a favour and read the comments throughout the thread.
The way I see it is that there are a group of posters on here who somehow feel that their opinions and knowledge of football is definitive, and anyone pointing out an alternative view, by way using sarcasm or irony, provokes a response such as yours. Either because they are stupid or deluded. Which group do you fall into? Rhetorical question, so no reply needed.
All teams, however good or bad, will come up sgainst an opponent that “does” them.
When that happens, you have to suck it up and get on with it. Some however choose the “I told you so” reaction, and it’s as if that makes them superior somehow.
