Fondop can run fine, it's his confidence that seems shot.
But when he's gone off the boil so badly who can blame the manager for not playing him?
Too much was expected of him from the very beginning. A first full-time season is a massive deal, and most semi-pros take a long time to achieve the fitness standards of full-time players. He may be 24, but the route he's taken to get here could mean he's 3 or more years behind is his footballing development.
