FWIW my stepmother was going to meet her friend at the Grosvenor Garden Centre today, but when they heard that only a handful of people would be allowed in at a time, they cancelled. The point being that she lives in Wrexham - where restrictions are harsh, but they both thought that there would be no restrictions for the outdoor event over the border in England.
