Yes - aim is for full service to stay so will see how that goes!!
As for the video thing, the ability to send in pictures costs about £500pm from the sms provider, and not a clue on the video.
It is something I am looking at, but not sure how best to do it as everyone uses different methods (email, MMS, twitter etc) so there is lack of standardisation there is with straight text messages
