TEAM NEWS FROM THE BBC:
Wrexham will check on midfielder Jay Harris (hip) and striker Andy Morrell (ankle) also needs a late test.
Curtis Obeng replaced Harris at right-back at Darlington on Saturday and could retain his place with Nat Knight-Percival again deputising for Morrell.
Fleetwood's Sean Clancy could start in midfield in place of Jamie McGuire, who was shown his second red card of the season against Histon on Saturday.
Scott Davies will continue in goal as Danny Hurst (shoulder) is still out.
Wrexham manager Dean Saunders said:
"It's awfully difficult for the players to recover [after playing on Saturday] and go again, but it's the same for everyone.
"We have to try to steer clear of injuries and get everyone on the pitch - then we'll be all right.
"We're not frightened of playing anyone, we'll carry on going the way we are - going for the throat.
"We're scoring some great goals, I'm enjoying watching us play a lot more than last season - and it will get better."
