Midfielder Nathanial Knight-Percival has recovered from an ankle injury, whilst striker Mathias Pogba is also pushing for a start.
Histon assistant boss Brian Page told BBC Radio Cambridgeshire:
"We travelled there a month ago, lost 4-0 and I definitely feel it was our worst performance as a team this season, but we know we've improved since then.
"We've been looking forward to using this game as a benchmark to see how far we've come and we want to avenge that defeat.
"We want to continue our unbeaten run and they'll be travelling to our place, so we've got a good chance."
