Q. Given the criticism from owners and non trust members, perhaps carry on with pledges not shares?

What was said about the fit and proper person test?

A. Supporters direct reply. FA is a private club, so its not law. Its in shadow director area, which is murky. Leeds is used by the example. FA dont have the cash, and wait for enough evidence to convict in the hauge before doing anything.

Supporters direct have nhagwd with FAnover FIt and proper person test, but there's an issue over "shadow directors" who run club without formal involvement. There's a lack of desire from FA to pursue this, due to lack of finds and desire. However, if the suitability of the new owners isn't determined now it's not just the individuals who will be punished but Also the club.

Q. Poole is a banned director. Lets get scum out of the club.

A. Applause.

Q. If bsp say no to sale, whats to stop moss selling anyway?
A. War of words , then could be kicked out of league.

Id take getting kicked out the league if it meant the trust wud take over!

Supporters direct: many who are banne as directors find they can still function in business, but are scared off from involvement in footy clubs by the public nature of that involvement.

Q do the FA understand the situation so we won't be docked points in the future because of it. Also can a heritage order be put on the ground meaning can only be used As a sports venue.

Well that's clearly not what it would mean is it? If we got kicked out, Moss would be able to sell then.

Rob I direct to my discussion with FAW today. They can't do anything and it would be up to us to petition a case against our own club!

Part of the messed up system of football, that inevitably in doing so we would punish our own club by bringing in any investigation.

Can this be mentioned?

Q. I would urge you to make the fa understand the bids, so we are not docked points in the seasons to come. I would urge you to look if we can slap a heritage order on cae ras.

A. Would like to say abit about LDP , toby clark started this grassroots movement. We will look into this heritage thing as well.

Q. Can the LDP be overturned?
A. Passed over to barrister in audience. According to law, all planning apps must follow ldp in first instance.
