AM's faith in himself and many of his players is, IMHO, misplaced. We can make excuses about Ratcliffe etc, but the problem is out there on the park. We are carrying too many passengers who aren't capable of influencing the game.

We need to be picking our strongest 11 and adding some depth to the squad. Clarke for Hunt for example doesn't really make much difference.
We are in a real rut at the moment. A point tonight would do me. Need to add quality to the squad or we will fall short.
