had his alloys scratched by them and gave them a testimonial which was not 100% positive and, surprise surprise, it did not appear on their website. If that's true, it seems that only the people who have no problems have their testimonials published on their website.

When I have my MOT done, I usually sit and wait so I can hear the bad news ASAP, the wait and tension are terrible, so why not set up some private areas and let Customers de-stress, while donating some knuckle babies...

As an update, I wrote in straight away. I didn't get a response for a week, I chased. No response. Event Tyres or Event Mobile Tyres as they now called themselves fitted tyres for me that were the wrong load rating. They were different to what I specified in my written order - I have the email acknowledging what they should have fitted. I have a manual saying that they should have fitted what I specified and yet they fitted a different tyre AND didn't mention it. I find it hard to believe that Event Tyres made a mistake. The spec in the tyres I got must mean that I have a louder and harsher ride than I should have and yet, despite spending over £300 on 2 premium tyres, they seem to me to think there is no issue. Ig I spend £40 per tyre, I wouldn't be so bothered. Spending £300 for 2 tyres I am am bothered big style. To me, that's big money and I deserve to get what I ordered.

I shall not be touching Event Tyres or Event Mobile Tyres as they now call themselves again with a barge pole.
