Hi,

Can people please try out the new Cambridge vs Wrexham KO 3.00pm BSBP theme / console and feedback issues and ideas.

The aim is to create a 'lite' mode for Live Match Threads to try and take some of the load off the server.

At the last game 60 requests per second were hitting the server, killing it

This is an adapted version of the mobile theme, with some stuff trimmed out.

I will be fiddling further today to speed things up even more.

Chat is possible but wouldnt be able to handle all the connections at once, as it can get several hundred people on at a time.

Also there is value to having a blow-by-blow archive of every game since er... 2005?

I have modded some more bits n bobs so anyone spotting problems let me know.
