Easy fix this one! It's a foul, give a pen! Shirt pulling would stop soon enough! There was a perfect example a few years ago in Germany regarding diving. They brought in guidelines saying that if a team got an advantage from a dive the result of the game would go in favour of the opposition. I can't remember exactly which player it was but he was a high profile German international, when he dived in the last few minutes to get a pen which won a German cup semi, he got banned & the opposition got the place in the final. He left Germany to play in Italy straight after so maybe someone could remind me of his identity. FIFA decided that a ban of this sort undermined the authority of the ref & stopped them. Strange thing is that until the FIFA decision diving pretty much stopped in Germany. Diving is the 1 thing I really hate about Spanish football ATM as incredibly it's even worse there than over here!
I don't care where players go down if they dive ban them & it will stop end of! & yes foggy, I'd include goalkeepers who feign injury as well!
