It was pathetic to be honest mate, I live in Edinburgh these days. For the last few weeks all I've heard is how disgraceful it is that theres not enough tickets. Hearts have an average attendance of 13,000 and Hibs 9,900. Don't get me wrong I think its shocking that in a 50,000 stadium each team only got 20,000 tickets each but where are all these folk greeting about what an outrage it is they couldn't get a cup final ticket the est of the year?

Happens everywhere mate. If we had similar attendances to the one that we had versus Luton then our average attendance would be challenging top league 1 teams.

I suppose the injustice would be if someone who goes every week was denied a ticket due to some happy clapper looking for binge drinking and day out in Glasgow. What really brings it home to me is the guy who sells the unofficial merchandise round the corner from the ground at big matches. Now, I'm not against him as a person, he's just showing initiative, but what does annoy me is the people who buy from him. For one, it's ripping off the club and also, if you went to the games every week then you wouldn't need to buy a scarf because you would already have one. Bunch of fannies. Rant over.

True but as someone who missed out on cup finals in the past when I was paying nearly £500 for a season ticket it just really irritated me people who haven't been to a game in years moaning to me that they can't get a ticket.

No disrespect to the fans on here but it was similar to the Fleetwood game, mass panic buying of tickets, biggest game in years, then when it transpired that the game didn't hold much significance threads popped up selling tickets because unexpectedly, 'I've been called into work' or 'wee Jimmy isn't feeling too well'. It does happen everywhere and it's sometimes surprising to see just how many fans can turn up if the side is winning but these are 'once in a decade' type fans and although there is a place for them it's the hardcore who keep the clubs alive.

sounnes was paid 30k 10 years after he left but just 5 weeks before he signed tugay for blackburn from you've guessed it rangers.

bizarely a mechanic saying how much rangers mean to the fans.

None of this surprises me, it would be easy for the rangers fans to blame Whyte but the problems are long standing. I think the SPL will make a decision next week regarding the future of rangers in the SPL. The thing is, if rangers are allowed in the SPL as a debt free newco then any remaining integrity the SPL had would vanish.
On a positive note, we have signed Jamie Thompson from Hearts. We had him on loan last season at right back. He's quite a skilful and strong player, ginger though.
