Adding to the history - unless its already been covered.
The country suffered from gales on the 1st and 2nd of January 1925. The newspapers of the time referred to one of the stands at The Wrexham Football Club having been blown down. Bangor of Dee was isolated and the River Severn in Mid Wales had severe floods over 30 miles with scores of houses inundated. |
