Mills was pissed at the Lincoln home match last season. Spending Friday nights in Chester before home matches crawling out of the pub at silly O'clock and then going back the next morning for a few liveners before kick off.
Going to the Pant with the players after training.
Stopping off on an away trip on a Friday afternoon, having bevies, cancelling training and then giving the players sausage and chips for their tea.
Making youth players drink when they didn't.
Having to be carried back onto the coach after an away game.
These have all been backed by people in the know!!

Unfortunately JND he didn't just leave for the security of a 2 year deal. Even if Mills had offered him a 2 year deal he wouldn't have stayed. It's all in the past now but it is an example of how much Mills screwed things up.
