I saw his age group TNS team last season a few times. They were stunning , the movement and passing far superior to our first team.

Thought I've heard good things about him, he may of been a 'card' during his playing days but he'll certainly work his way up the leagues as a coach.

Love the term 'card', not used nearly enough these days.

Ive seen his U19's too, at least 4 times. Academy players, all decent but to describe them as stunning is way over the top and to say far superior than our first team is borderline cloud cuckoo land

I didn't say they were superior . I referred to their "passing and movement " . Clearly they would get hammered by our first team but for their age their passing and movement was superior .

Fair enough, I just dont want us to think feeding into the FAW Prem as the answer, Carl aside I think we need to look elsewhere.
