Season Ticket Launch 2017-18
 

I have just spoke to The Club Shop and the 2017-18 Season Ticket Launch will be on Monday May 8th.When i asked about brochures/leaflets being sent out the Person i spoke to said the launch was going to be exclusively online this time around.

Hi, was me you spoke to at the club shoo. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

What I meant was that all of the season ticket brochures will be online.

Season tickets can be bought in person and as normal, the same as previous years.

To be honest Matty this is a bit late as any announcement should have been made weeks ago.

Season tickets always go on sale sometime in May, after the season has ended, I thought? Sometimes quite a lot later than this too.

No, but it also depends on resources to sell them, which may not be available during the season, and also agreeing on the prices for them etc. There's no right or wrong time to sell them really.

If we were doing well then we'd probably shift quite a few if we had them on sale earlier. However, maybe this season it would have had a detrimental impact!

Is there a need/demand for a change? I know a fair few will wait until a few signings are made so personally I don't think it makes much difference. But, be interesting to hear your view.

As someone who works shifts and misses 1/4 of home games I wait to see who we sign before making my decision on a season ticket.

The club hopefully doesn't and shouldn't expect blind faith from (reasonably) sane supporters like myself.It's a sizeable investment with so many other things to spend your hard earned on.

If I get one it will be my first in 3 years so here's hoping for the type of signings which will tempt me to unlock the safe.
