I have agreed with pretty much everything else that Keates has done, but if it was Mills he would be 'not giving youth a chance', but because it's Keates 'we admire his ruthlessness'!!
What was his record at youth level?

No idea, but surely his performances at senior level (where he will spend his entire career) are more important?

He must have done something at youth level to be given a chance in the first place?

Personally I expected Harry to go, I don't think his qualities are suited to scoring goals in this league.

People need to remember that this has been a fruitful crop of young players. Jordan Davies, Leo Smith and Olly Marx, if that is the output every year then we are going places

He didn't show anything at senior level though, so if he's hardly scored a goal at youth level what's to say he's going to bang goals in for our first team in one of the toughest leagues in football? Keates has worked with him day in day out and Andy Davies would of worked with him for years so surely they're in a better place to make the decision rather than us who have seen him play 2 games.

Those on the board are very approachable through all methods, I just wish they'd do more statements to inform everyone and not a few who ask or are reached out to privately on RP for example.

Surely statements are less time consuming too, anyway, exciting times ahead.

Expect a few more personnel changes beside apparently Darlington coming in, wasn't given any names on staff though.
