Spot on. Kids loved going upstairs at The Cent to see the MOM presentation. You paid your £2 and the kid(s) came in free of charge. The club scored an own goal when they stopped allowing pay on the day entrance upstairs. Just another example of cutting the fans off from getting closer to the club.

I wouldn't even bother. I asked why and got a very unsatisfying answer. Best accept that's not going to happen.

The big problem with Bamfords is that it is too small to cater for the £2 pay on the day clients.
Most of the season it's full prior to the game and the club have to allow for the fact that the Bamfords customers may all want to be in there after the match.

Sorry, but did someone say that Wrex the dragon 'isn't real'? My pet unicorn is going to be devastated!

I was attracted as a lifelong fan from starting going as a kid at 4 years old. And 44 years on, its still there, my lifelong support.

It so important to get the youngsters interested in our club. I was lucky in that 1974 was the start of the greatest decade in Wrexham's history.

It must be so hard to attract the current young generations with our current circumstances as a club. Trips to Wembley are very helpful, but the essence is that the football needs to be exciting. Kids feed of their parents/grandparents. If they hear them moaning, and shouting negative comments at the club's players, wether this is deserved or not, it will quite naturally have a negative influence on the young fans enjoyment of the club.

Kids want to see their dads going crazy when they celebrate a goal. It's infectious. From Boy to Man. Or girl to Woman.

I bought both of my kids season tickets and they use to enjoy it but when Vose left they found the football boring in the second half of that season and told me not to buy them again. Let's hope we get the entertainment back as it's ok for us older blinkard fans but we need to capture the hearts of the younger generation.
