If 5000 spend a £10(which they won't) take out food/drink costs and staff wages we would make about £20000-£22000.
I'm taking the mrs so the way she drinks its going to cost me a £100 so I'll make up for some of the teetotal fans.

At the Stereophonics gig I spent far more on ale then I did on my ticket.

Even if people aren't drinking alcohol, they're still going to be inside for a few hours so will probably buy a soft drink or two and perhaps something to eat.

I'd be surprised if our mark up for food and soft drinks isn't at least 200% and for alcohol (bottles) 300%.
