Rutherford Signs Contract

I'm of the opinion he is an average player at best, can't finish,struggles to beat a player poor crosser of the ball and lacks stamina.
But can't fault his workrate & determination good enough for a midtable team.

He started the season well, but faded badly near the end, but playing at the tip of the diamond is not his position. He works hard and he causes the opposition to rush, strong example v FG at home, they were used to time on the ball, but he was always there to try and nick it. Probably needs to add more goals, although he took his 2 very well and could have had more if it wasn't for tremendous saves. Definitely a good squad player to have.

We need those star players though, cant do much with team of Rutherford and Carrington types.

We need some continuity. He will prob be one of the lower earners at the club so with his experience its a good signing

If Hurst comes here with the right mindset, he'll be one of those star players. Rutherford and Carrington will hopefully be back up to better players. I am happy that we have both in the squad however.

He is decent for a squad filler. He is good at crossing and I doubt he will be on much money, or rather be a higher earner.

Heard it all now, most fans any other clubs expect our attacking players to score goals and create /assist goals but oh no not us we like our players to win corners. Hopefully you're being sarcastic and I'm going to have a whoosh as a reply....
