Yes it is, as is £999,999 but some of that fee would be for Heneghan. What's the % we're getting? 10%? So well less than £100k. Every bit helps I know but was hoping for more.

Probably more like 25%.

I'm sure I've seen 10% before, and if Henegen has no sell on clause the breakdown of the 2 fees could be blurred to our disadvantage.

I'm sure it'll be higher than 10%. Normally the sell on fees we have included are.
