£15 if you pay it as a one off payment for the year rather than £12. If you pay through the bank (PayPal/standing order) then your payments will remain the same.

I personally visit the club shop and renew my season ticket & WST membership at the same time in pre season - however the system needs to cater for all tastes and be clear on how to renew, when to renew and how. Most casual fans or people considering joining would probably turn to the official club site - but if it's out of date or doesn't provide the relevant information do they then give up and not search further ?

In all the time I have been a member I have always got the impression we as a club don't have the infrastructure to properly administrate membership - perhaps we have a limit that we can barely cope with given the number of people who run it. After renewing during the 'early bird' phase one season I waited a number of months before receiving a membership card - I am a diehard and didn't miss a league home game last season but I can imagine some people giving up / not bothering to renew. Half the fan base don't seem to know when their membership expires.

It was initially talked about at a Fans meeting and then at the club AGM.
The additional £3 covers administration costs if you renew annually.
The club hope to persuade more and more fans to pay by standing order at the minimum of £1 / month or £12 / year to relieve the pressure on the membership team.

It was decided upon at an AGM and was released then. Quay Red is correct in what he states about the price increase.
