Astounded the WST renewal process via the website clearly hasn't been improved since 2012.

Just wanted to renew my membership for the season and the page has directed me to selecting season/package - currently won't let me continue.

Surely this is basic stuff? tried 2x different browsers and still no joy. Don't particularly want to go back to the stone age with a postal order.

You used to be able to do it via seatadvisor on the main site (same one you buy match tickets through). Looks like it's disappeared though?

For me, membership is clearly the weak link of the WST board, hopefully some fresh blood can join that team to give it some imputus. Your's is a common iussus with difficulties people find renewing which is basic stuff but we should be aiming higher than that, membership being lower than our average gates is unacceptable

This is the link but there is no option to buy a membership. Took me a while to find it, its not on the official site but hidden away on the WST site.

And then we wonder why the membership is so low??

Agree, but if it was a cup match at Stoke on Saturday, it would be found easy enough.

Set up a SO and forget about renewing, you never have to.
