The terrorist are trying to incite a reaction against the Islamic community to further their aims and start a type of civil war.
We cannot and must not let terror win.
My heartfelt sympathy goes out to the victims of this cowardly act.

Yes QR Muslim doctors were working through the night on the injured ambulance drivers, police taxi drivers taking people home free..
Their is Muslims killed in all these indiscriminate attacks, it's wrong to treat all Muslims as terrorists.
All the Irish weren't terrorist's during the troubles.
It's the old story of everyone being tarred with the same brush.

It's like Trump said those doing these cowardly acts are Evil losers.

I don't usually find myself agreeing with President Trump on a lot, but I couldn't agree more with his comment on this. Calling them 'monsters' is exactly what they want; these people are actually the biggest losers to ever exist on this planet.

This attack has hit me very hard with it being so close to home, I do hope for the safe return of as many of those missing as possible. I cannot fathom what those relatives and friends of missing loved ones are currently going through.

There are no words adequate enough to describe how horrific this must be for all those affected. (Including emergency services etc.) These people must never be allowed a minute's peace until they are gone forever.

Cowards the lot of them. Won't face people who could fight back, just murder innocents.
True Muslims are disgusted as much as anyone else is.

Normally I feel a slight disconnect with terrorist attacks. I obviously still find it upsetting but because this one has hit so close to home it's really messed me up. Felt myself tearing up a number of times in work today. I'm absolutely devastated for the poor people who have lost their lives and their families who have lost loved ones. No one should go to an event where all they want to do is have a good time and not come home. It's cowardly and disgusting.

It's beyond belief how people can carry out these attacks. Feel very sorry for the victims and their families

Hats off to the security services who foil a terrorist attack every day. I have just come back from Turkey. My colleague informs me that 50% of Turkish Muslims are secular whilst 50% are conservative (intolerant). He is worried about the divisions in Turkey, never mind the UK.It's going to take a lot of coming together to rid us of these fanatics.
Such a sad situation we find ourselves in.

I don't know about anyone else but I just can't motivate myself to be discussing football today

I know life goes on and all that and I abhor any terror attack in the world but this being so close to home has knocked the stuffing out of me.

Can't stop thinking about the parents today .......I've got 2 late teens daughters.I can't imagine what those parents are going through.

On days like this, think we can leave the rules, and concentrate on our thoughts .
