The area photos don't actually show that 100's sat in the Mold road stand out of the sun.

I'm not complaining at all, I was just curious as to what other people's opinions were. I couldn't be happier that live music from globally huge acts is coming to my home town. I don't know how much sound travels to the outside of the stadium usually as I'm always inside when the football is on.

I have a very keen interest in live music so I was merely curious as to the volume inside compared to how it sounded being stood on Mold Road. I know the gigs at Jodrell Bank had some restrictions because of people living local to it so I was just wondering if the council had applied any restrictions. I fully support any gigs by any acts that are put on by Wrexham AFC but being a postgraduate student it's not wise to spend in excess of £100 on a band and a genre of music that I have no interest in, instead I'll put that money towards saving for a season ticket

Thanks, must have been loud to reach Gwersyllt and New Broughton. Perhaps sound just doesn't carry to Mold Road as much as other places

To get that many people to an 80s act is succesfuL. The UB 40 gig was always going to be a small earner compared to Olly Murs. Anyone who expects us to compete with Liverpool and Manchester for the top acts is clearly living on another planet.

It'll be the excellent insulation of the Mold Rd that stops sound travelling, just as it keeps us all so warm in there.

Agreed but to be fair the Sterophonics are a top band and if we can attract them here then who knows!
