Commonwealth Games Bid?

Good opportunity to lobby Ken Skates for facilities in North Wales?

Wales' plan is would be to hold events acrosssouth Wales with Cardiff's Principality Stadium as the centrepiece and home to theshowpiece athletics events.

South Wales government for you, with its North Walian quisling AMs in tow , though Skates is trying for us to be fair. Much better that Manchester / Liverpool get the games because that's the cultural and economic region we belong to.

As much as it kills me, I agree to the point that we are being pushed that way anyway.

There will be the provision of an extra three coach train to run one day during the event to enable the north to be involved. No concessions or buffet carriage will be available and the return journey will start 8 minutes after the end if the days proceedings.

Ken Skates described it as yet another example of the investment the Welsh government is putting into North Wales.

Sorry Foxy, we'll have to disagree on North Wales being in the same cultural region as Manchester/Liverpool

Agree with first sentence but not the second.

Anyway the South Walians might be gracious and throw us a few crumbs - I doubt it though!
