I think that Hudderfields promotion today shows that its not all about who has the most money.

There has to be a philosophy, a plan and a togetherness.
They have used the loan market, got some decent players from other teams and made sure the spine of the team was right and then built on that.

Lets hope DK now tries the same thing.

To be fair, I think Lincoln showed that, not Huddersfield. They did it the proper way, Huddersfield kind of fluked it.

Most promotions are no fluke. Huddersfield played well all season and their board had clear plans as did the manager. Take your point on Lincoln though but that shows that you also need an extra bit of financial assistance

They did well to get into the play offs but when you've got through on two penalty shoot outs, that's a bit of a fluke because they're just a roll of the dice.
I'm pretty sure Huddersfield didn't have a small budget though, they brought over a few foreign players.
Lincoln spent big on a few key players and filled the rest with half decent players and Cowley drilled them into a team.
