Keates knows the club and took the job on knowing the budget and the fact weve not got some big bucks owner pouring money into it as 'loans', so id be suprised to hear him moan about the budget to be honest.

You're correct that individual circumstances play a role.

Certainly at Leicester; they were vindicated in sacking Ranieri. Football was outraged but Leicester fans weren't. Says it all really.
