Very True... can say that about any striker.. who has potential..

but after recent seasons and complete lack of firepower up front. im sure most of us.. if not all would prefer somebody who we know , knows where the back of the net is.. and is a proven goal scorer.

not just somebody who "might do well given the service" but somebody who can gather a ball on outside of the box.. turn the defender and score and not rely 100% on service from others. basicly somebody we know if given a chance to shoot.. he will score more than me misses

We can definitely do better than Gash but I've always liked him. I don't know how old he is though.
