Never really considered buying a season ticket for another club, but if it's cheaper and represents good value I will think about it, it's not as if loyalty and a blind devotion to the club comes into the decision.

Thing is for us being fans owned, being the cheapest would be pointless.

About £305 Adult and a child 12 to18 early bird Chester and £350 now. Same tickets would cost £395 at our club. When you compare the stadium fan base and the potential of both clubs, our season tickets represent cracking value for money.

Some clubs have previously gone for 'numbers' at low cost in previous seasons and this. Woking have sold a shed full this year but think they were down around £99. Perhaps more bums on seats (if it works) spending more in their stadium.

If we're playing in the same division and are more expensive then we aren't better value for money.

Did Wigan used to be cheaper than us when they were in the Premier League?

There's quite a few premiership clubs which have season tickets lower than us, remember stokes being £250, but than they do get close to £100m a year from TV.
