In my 9 years at the Turf he's without a shadow of a doubt the one who's made the greatest effort. He's regularly popped in for a drink with fans after the games. Has attended any events we have put on. Often stops if I spot him in the morning on the car park for a quick chat, was very sympathetic when we were recently burglaled and offered any support he could give, I had a couple of pints with him end of last season and a good chat and he has this club running through his veins. He has an incredible relationship with the volunteers staff and the groundsman Chal, who also works his nuts off for the club. To be fair Wilkin, morell and even last years piss can came across well when I met them but this seems very different. This man cares and seems genuinely desperate to succeed. I wish him every bit of luck. COYR

Not unexpected but very heartening. It only reinforces my own experiences with Dean.

So did I , So very well done young man and wear your shirt with pride , I was just highlighting what a great bloke our manager is .
I will never forget what Dean did for that Grimsby player at Wembley , preventing Him being sent off .

Sorry I didn't mention the lad either. Great effort. It does feel different this year.

Maybe the doubters can give credit to the board's decision to appoint a rookie manager on 3.5 year contract.. He has worked tirelessly to make the changes, imagine what can be achieved if this is maintained. Ultimately, he will be judged on results, but I can't see him failing with our support.

Lot of praise for dean at the moment, I just hope that when the season starts people remember some of these positive thoughts when we loose a game !
