Graffiti is only appropriate when the guy doing it owns the object he's painting on. Other than that, it sheer vandalism. At the Racecourse we surely have more pressing issues than this (like winning enough games to get promoted). Mr Angry from Purley!

why not put some hoardings up across the kop and paint a crowd on it!

Who pays for the hoardings ? everything has a cost.
Divert all available funds into the playing budget and stadium maintenance.
The rest is secondary.
